What to check first in Ceredigion

Valley-side fields need a level platform cut in, which means earthworks and somewhere for the spoil to go, and the rain here means the drainage design for SAB approval deserves real thought. Access matters too: some lanes around the lower Teifi will not take an articulated lorry, and the frame has to arrive somehow.
